Dr. Kiefe is Professor and Director of the Division of Preventive Medicine and a Professor of Biostatistics in the School of Public Health. Dr. Kiefe is co-Director of the UAB Center for Outcomes and Effectiveness Research and Education (COERE) and is a Senior Scholar at the Lister Hill Center for Policy Research. She is also PI or co-PI on several NIH funded grants and PI of the methodology core of the NIAMS-funded MCRC (P-60). Dr. Kiefe is a Senior Quality Scholar for the Department of Veterans Affairs and Director of the VA HSR&D Deep South Effectiveness Research Targeted Research Enhancement Program. Dr. Kiefe serves on the CERTs Executive Committee
