Dr. Hernandez is a Professor in the Department of Health Services Administration in the School of Health Related Professions. His research focuses on strategic issues in the health services industry, organizational innovation and change, hospital closure, organizational performance, human resource management, information system implementation, and physician behavior in health care organizations. Dr. Hernandez directs scientific oversight of the Engalitcheff Arthritis Outcomes Initiative.
